About us:

LaBaugh and Associates has provided outplacement services for nearly 10 years.  We offer a program that is solid and comprehensive.  We bring together the best practices of five different career transition firms and enrich that work with our own research and experience. 

Our Goal:

Our goal is to help clients, with salary ranges of $30,000 to $300,000, find new positions faster, and at a higher level, than they would on their own.  We serve both employed and unemployed clients.
