A true team-building program provides awareness of team characteristics, an understanding of team member roles and both a mental and an emotional commitment to working as a team.  In addition, a successful team develops a Charter…the piece that all team members help develop as a guide by which all agree to work and behave.

We offer an interactive, entertaining and educational program, designed to allow members to:

• Experience working in a team through a variety of activities
• Build trust; learn behavioral differences and problem solving techniques
• Create a charter to define how the team will work together
• Identify problems within the team
• Facilitate problem solving by the team itself
